Ways to Boogie
Posted on: July 2nd, 2012 by Elaine Adair
- Make a contribution. Your support would help to fund incredible programming for youth, families and seniors in need. If you can’t contribute right now, no worries…check out how you can still make a huge impact below!
- Build a Boogie Page
- Check out Julia Wilkinson Manley's, BNC School Director, page to get the basic idea (and see a cute pic of little ballerina Julia) - Julia’s Boogie Page
- Post your link on your facebook page and guilt all your college buddies into supporting your little dancer (or the like).
- Email the link out to your family members and your best friend whose husband runs that oil rig in Texas.
- Have you seen the amazing prizes we’re offering for “Boogiers” who raise mad cash?
- Have a fun grassroots fundraiser to support BNC
- Doesn’t need to be complicated or stressful…you can…
- Have a garage sale to finally de-clutter (like you meant to in the spring)
- Have a martini party – invite a bunch of pals over and charge them for admission
- Movie Nights, Game Nights, Spaghetti Dinners, Lemonade Stands…the list goes on and on
- Go to Disco Dance Off – July 14at 5pm
- This is seriously fun for the whole family (ask the parents who went last year about how much fun they had)!
- This year, we’ll have libations just for the 21+ crowd. Score.
- Encourage your dancer to get pledges from friends, family and neighbors – they could win some pretty cool prizes if they get the most. Go Go Gadget competition!
- Dress up with the rest us, and get your hustle on!
